During the due diligence process, the transaction team will complete extensive company and industry analysis, along with appropriate legal and accounting investigation. Milestone will leverage its strengths in sourcing investment opportunities with a particular focus on the Central Ohio market where we have well-developed relationships. Milestone’s extensive deal flow network includes banks, law firms and accountants in our market area. The market area includes 23 counties located in Central Ohio, including Montgomery, Marion, Coshocton, Franklin and Ross.
