The Fund targets companies with attractive market positions, operational competency, profitability, a strong management team and well-defined strategies. These companies are generally experiencing lender fatigue with their current lender for various reasons including:

• Explosive growth that the bank is unwilling to finance
• Profitable but exceeding Bank’s loan covenants
• Collateral shortfall

The Fund has a 23 county target market area located in Central Ohio including counties such as Montgomery, Marion, Coshocton, Ross and Franklin.
