The business will normally be in existence for five years. The company and the management must be able to exhibit the ability to generate sales and manufacture/provide services to meet the needs of their clientele. Management Ownership Milestone seeks to lend monies to companies where the management team owns a sufficient equity stake to ensure that the team is adequately motivated to build a successful company. Growth Capital Requirements We are interested in providing leverage into companies that have entered into a growth phase but lack the equity capital to support the growth. In this phase the collateral to support transactions will be limited and the bank is unwilling to take on the execution risk of this growth phase.
